Shipping policy

Made to order

Every Dumplin Universe figure is 3D printed and hand-finished to order after you purchase, so please allow for production time before your order ships. Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

Production time

Most orders are printed, finished, and ready to ship within 5 to 7 business days. During limited drops or busy periods, production may take a little longer, and we will let you know if there is a significant delay.

Shipping and transit

We ship from the United States. Available shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout. Transit time depends on the carrier and destination and is not included in the production time above. All delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking so you can follow it to your door.

Order changes and address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at hello@dumplin.toys and we will help if your order has not yet shipped.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other events outside our control. Once your order is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands.

Lost or stolen packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, contact us at hello@dumplin.toys and we will help you open a claim with the carrier where possible. We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier but reported missing after delivery.

International shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.
