The basics
What is Dumplin Universe?
Dumplin Universe is a small studio of chibi dumpling collectible figures. Each character is designed with its own personality and 3D printed to order in a matte finish, with flexi limbs.
Are these handmade?
Yes. Every figure is printed and hand finished one at a time when you order, then checked, packed, and shipped. No mass molds, no warehouse of plastic.
Ordering & shipping
What does “made to order” mean for me?
We print your figure after you order rather than keeping a shelf of stock. That keeps each one fresh and lets us offer more characters, but it means there is a short production window before your order ships.
How long until my order ships?
Most orders are printed and ready to ship within 5 to 7 business days. You will get a tracking email the moment yours is on the way.
Where do you ship from, and where do you ship to?
We print and ship from the USA. Shipping destinations and rates are shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because each figure is printed just for you, reach out as soon as possible at hello@dumplin.toys. If your order has not started printing yet, we can usually adjust or cancel it.
The figures
How big are they?
Each character shares the same body platform, roughly 62 x 64 x 58 mm. About the size that fits nicely on a desk or shelf.
What are they made of?
They are 3D printed in PLA based filament with a premium matte finish. Durable, light, and smooth, not the shiny plastic look of mass produced toys.
Do the limbs really move?
Yes. Limbs are printed in place so they pose right out of the box, no assembly needed.
Are these toys for kids?
No. These are collectible figures. They contain small parts and are a choking hazard, so they are not suitable for children under 3.
Care
How do I take care of my figure?
Keep it out of direct sun and away from heat such as a hot car or a sunny windowsill, since the material can soften at high temperatures. Dust gently with a soft dry brush or cloth.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Because each figure is custom printed to order, we handle returns case by case. If your item arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, email us at hello@dumplin.toys within 2 business days after receiving with a photo and we will make it right.
Drops & new characters
How often do new characters come out?
New characters drop regularly. The fastest way to hear first is to join our list and follow along on the Updates page.
What are Steam Baskets?
Steam Baskets are special limited drops and basket only surprises, coming soon. It is where rare characters tend to land first.
