Handmade and made to order

Every Dumplin Universe figure is 3D printed and finished by hand, individually, after you order. Because each piece is made one at a time, small variations in color, finish, texture, visible layer lines, and exact dimensions are normal and are part of the handmade character of the product. These variations are not defects. Product photos are representative, and your item may differ slightly in appearance.

Collectible item, intended use

Dumplin Universe figures are collectible display items intended for collectors and enthusiasts. They contain small parts and are a choking hazard. They are not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Keep away from young children and pets.

Materials and care

Figures are made from PLA based plastic, which can soften or deform when exposed to heat or prolonged direct sunlight. Do not leave figures in hot vehicles, on sunny windowsills, or near heat sources. M&T Collectibles LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, storage, or use.

Original designs and intellectual property

All characters, names, sculpts, artwork, and related content of Dumplin Universe are the original intellectual property of M&T Collectibles LLC and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark law. They are original creations and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed from any other brand or franchise. Reproduction, recasting, redistribution, copying, or commercial use of these designs, in whole or in part, without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, M&T Collectibles LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of its products. Products are provided "as is." By purchasing, you agree to use and display the product responsibly and assume all risks associated with its handling.

Pricing, availability, and errors

Prices, descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors, limit quantities, and cancel orders at our discretion. Colors shown on screen may vary from the actual product due to differences in displays and lighting.

Orders and returns

Production and shipping windows are estimates, not guarantees. Returns and issues are handled per our Refund Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
